Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents by helping individuals and families find a place they are proud to call home.

You'll guide prospects through the leasing process, conduct community tours, prepare leasing documents, assist with move-ins and move-outs, and create positive resident experiences through clear communication, community engagement, and outstanding service.

Partner with the Community Manager to support the successful lease-up and ongoing operations of the community.

You'll assist in achieving occupancy goals, maximizing revenue, managing rent collection, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with affordable housing requirements while helping create a welcoming and vibrant community for residents.

Work closely with the Service Team to ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently and that the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

✅ What You'll Bring to the Team

We're looking for a motivated housing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about helping build a successful community from the ground up!

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry

required

• Lease-Up experience required
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and/or golf cart
• Experience with property management software such as RealPage, OneSite, or Yardi , or the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and current technology platforms
• Ability to understand and analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements and General Ledgers
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

This is more than an Assistant Community Manager position.

📅 Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed (not every weekend)
