Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and supervising daily cleaning operations and project execution
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment and site activities
- Ensure all post handover cleaning works are completed according to client requirements and company standards
- Implement and maintain HSE procedures and safety practices
- Prepare and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct staff inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs
- Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in post handover cleaning operations in the UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Own Visa (Freelance)
- HSE Certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of SOP preparation and implementation
- Experience in staff training and team management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Salary
- AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
