Assist in managing the overall Makeup category portfolio across brands and channels. Analyze SKU performance and recommend assortment optimization, ranging, and lifecycle manage.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the overall Makeup category portfolio across brands and channels
- Analyze SKU performance and recommend assortment optimization, ranging, and lifecycle management
- Coordinate with brand principals for launches, forecasts, promotions, and commercial alignment
- Support negotiations related to Purchase targets, promotions, visibility, listing opportunities, and commercial agreements
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to minimize stock outs and overstock situations with a rolling forecast model
- Work closely with retail partners to ensure strong in store visibility and execution standards
- Generate insights on category KPIs including growth, conversion, and stock cover
- Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, influencer activations, and consumer promotions
- Support product launches with effective go to market execution

- Experience in category management, preferably in makeup or beauty
