Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of facilities and adherence to camp policies.
- Assist in managing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures for campers and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds, equipment, and facilities.
- Identify and promptly address maintenance or safety issues.
Requirements
- Ability to support daily camp operations and ensure adherence to camp policies.
- Ability to assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ability to inspect grounds, equipment, and facilities and identify maintenance or safety issues.
