- Assist with seasonal product buying across all categories (running, outdoor, fashion, lifestyle)
- Research and propose new brands aligned with FRAME’s identity
- Track and analyze product performance and make re order suggestions
- Coordinate and lead weekly cross team meetings (store, inventory, marketing)
- Propose weekly promotional product selections and sales push strategies
- Communicate with global brand partners regarding orders, reorders, and activations
- Create buy decks, performance summaries, and curation briefs for internal use
- Support product launches, events, and collaborations in coordination with the Director
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or brand coordination
- Passionate about niche brands like Satisfy, Goldwin, Soar Running etc.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, cultural curation, and product detail
- Highly organized, proactive, and team oriented
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and retail software
- Holds a passport eligible for international business travel (Europe, Japan, USA)

Position Overview
- We are hiring an Assistant Buyer / Product Curator to join our team in Dubai.
- This is not a managerial role — it’s a cross functional position focused on product curation, brand communication, and operational coordination across departments.
- You’ll work directly with the Director and serve as a bridge between buying, store operations, marketing, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with seasonal product buying across all categories (running, outdoor, fashion, lifestyle)
- Research and propose new brands aligned with FRAME’s identity
- Track and analyze product performance and make re order suggestions
- Coordinate and lead weekly cross team meetings (store, inventory, marketing)
