Role Description
Hopcharge is hiring an Assistant Business Development Manager for its Sales and Business Development team.
The role is field-first and combines personal sales, team leadership, dealership activation, customer acquisition, and operational compliance.
The position focuses on CaaS subscription sales across automobile OEM dealership channels.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Experienced candidates with six months to two years of experience are targeted.
- Six months to one year of proven field sales or business development experience is required, and prior field experience is mandatory.
- At least one year managing field executives is a plus.
- A graduate degree in any stream is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent Hindi and English, product training ability, CRM proficiency, objection handling, negotiation, and a data-oriented approach are required.
Sales and Team Leadership
- Drive subscription sales through dealership, residential community, corporate, and workshop channels while owning monthly revenue targets.
- Manage, coach, and develop Senior Field Sales Officers through reviews, call audits, one-on-ones, and action plans.
