Responsibilities
- Own timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets for packaging and brand projects
- Keep cross functional teams aligned, resolve bottlenecks early, and maintain clear trackers and status reports
- Support brand initiatives, campaigns, activations, and product launches while maintaining brand consistency
- Lead packaging projects end to end, coordinate with suppliers, printers, and creative agencies
- Manage artwork, dielines, proofs, samples, approvals, and production timelines
- Conduct market visits, monitor competitor activity, spot trends and innovation opportunities
- Prepare benchmarking and insight reports
Requirements
- 2–3 years in Brand Management, Project Management, Marketing, or Product Development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with packaging suppliers, manufacturers, or production partners (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow up skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
- FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Agency background is a plus
- UAE based with willingness to be on site with factory and packaging suppliers weekly

Role Overview
- DADDL is hiring an Assistant Brand Manager for packaging development and projects.
What you'll do
- Project Management: Own timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets. Keep cross functional teams aligned, resolve bottlenecks early, and maintain clear trackers and status reports.
- Brand Management & Execution: Support brand initiatives, campaigns, activations, and product launches, while maintaining brand consistency across every consumer touchpoint.
- Packaging Development & Supplier Management: Lead packaging projects end to end, coordinate with suppliers, printers, and creative agencies, and manage artwork, dielines, proofs, samples, approvals, and production timelines.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market visits, monitor competitor activity, spot trends and innovation opportunities, and prepare benchmarking and insight reports.
