The Assistant, Baseball Operations will serve as a key operational and strategic resource to the Baseball Operations department of the Washington Nationals. The role combines ownership of critical recurring processes including direction and administration of player payroll, contracts, and roster-related items, in addition to supporting a wide-ranging set of workflows that touch all aspects of Baseball Operations. Depending on organizational priorities, the individual may direct or contribute to projects spanning acquisitions, player development, R&D, and cross-departmental strategic initiatives, while also supporting the Chief of Staff with key departmental objectives.
