Job Summary
We are looking for a Asst Barista and Waitress to join our team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, has excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to high standards
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
