Assistant Aviation Operations Manager

Nationally recognized flight school in business for over 80 years seeks Assistant Aviation Operations Manager.

This position is a key role in the success of our company, enabling you to gain experience in all aspects of our flight training operations to eventually prepare you for a school manager opportunity.

Our Assistant Operations Manager provides support to our customer service, sales, flight instructors, and maintenance staff in order to ensure the continued success of our students and employees.

• Must possess superior verbal, written, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to focus on developing and refining your skills with the support of school leadership in order to gain experience for future growth.
• Requires applicant to be proactive in all aspects of problem solving with a can do attitude.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate as growth opportunity arises required.
• Aviation experience preferred.
