Criteria You Must Have
- Assistant Professor: Have a doctoral or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Assistant Professor: Have demonstrated significant scholarly accomplishments appropriate to his/her discipline.
- Assistant Professor: At least three years of full time teaching and research experience, with key research publications.
- Assistant Professor: Have demonstrated excellent teaching ability and shown continuing active engagement with students in and outside the classroom.
- Associate Professor: At least eight years of full time teaching and research experience, with key research publications.
- Special Skills: Communication/Teaching Skills, Presentation Skills, Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
- Have a teaching qualification or be willing to complete one under the UK HEA Fellowship Scheme.
- Demonstrated commitment to publishing Scopus publications.
- Clear engagement with research networks, evidence based.
- Experience in developing student activities/events.
- Demonstration of being a 'good University citizen'.

- Research Proposal: 2 page proposal stating research to be conducted over the next 2 4 years.
