Job Purpose
Support day-to-day accounting, financial administration, billing, collections, payroll coordination, vendor payments, and operational reporting for the Toni&Guy Trichy office or salon.
Coordinate with salon management, staff, vendors, and management while maintaining financial discipline and confidentiality.
Accounting and Sales Monitoring
- Maintain daily accounting records, supporting documents, and transaction documentation.
- Record sales, expenses, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile cash, card, UPI, and other collections with daily sales.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of accounts.
- Prepare sales reports, reconcile POS billing with collections, and investigate discrepancies, cancellations, discounts, and unusual transactions.
Payables and Payroll
- Verify vendor invoices against purchase records and approvals and maintain vendor ledgers.
- Coordinate vendor payments and ensure required supporting documents are available.
- Assist with payroll preparation and verify attendance, leave, incentives, commissions, and deductions.
- Coordinate payroll information with HR and management and protect salary confidentiality.
