Qube’s team includes experienced craftsmen who deliver high-quality frame fixtures and art installations, as well as artists who curate original paintings and wall art.

The company uses pigment-based, high-quality printing on premium canvas and papers with wide-format inkjet printers.

Qube also maintains an extensive online database of over 200,000 artworks and a wide variety of frames in different materials, offering clients a broad range of creative options.

The Assistant Accountant will support daily accounting operations for Qube Art Frames | Gallery, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

This full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates includes tasks such as recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank and vendor statements.

The role involves preparing basic financial reports, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and assisting with inventory and cost tracking related to framing and art production.

The Assistant Accountant will also help with invoice preparation, expense verification, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

• Candidates should possess foundational accounting skills, including knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and financial reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and tools, such as ERP or accounting systems, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis functions.
• Candidates should possess strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage records, invoices, and supporting documentation systematically.
