Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process accurate sales invoices, credit notes, and delivery documentation in line with company policies and tax regulations.
- Maintain and update the perpetual stock ledger for daily raw material consumption, finished goods movements, and adjustments.
- Perform physical stock counts, reconcile actual inventory against system records, and investigate variance drivers.
- Prepare monthly inventory valuation reports, slow-moving or obsolete stock analyses, and reconciliation summaries.
- Monitor inventory thresholds to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Verify that internal controls are maintained across raw materials and finished paper products.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in an accounting or inventory control role is required.
- Manufacturing or industrial setting experience is preferred.
- Strong numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
