About the Role

- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Organize and maintain accounting files while ensuring confidentiality of financial information.
- Support general administrative tasks related to the finance department.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and time management abilities
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) is an advantage but not required
- Candidates holding their own valid UAE residence visa are highly preferred

Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team.
- The successful candidate will support the daily accounting and administrative functions of the company by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Qualifications

- Experience with accounting software (Quickbook) is an advantage but not required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates holding their own valid UAE residence visa are highly preferred.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous accounting or office experience is an advantage but not essential.
