Responsibilities
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper accounting of all transactions
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursements
- Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits
- Oversee general office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and manage filing systems
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
