- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts

- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Maintain financial records and filing systems
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Support VAT documentation and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding payments and accounts
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- UAE experience in the same field is a must
- Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar accounting role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
