Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the clinic’s accounting records accurately
- Record and organize daily financial transactions
- Monitor clinic income and expenses
- Maintain proper records of payments, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Reconcile financial transactions and ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
- Prepare regular financial reports and summaries when required
- Monitor outstanding payments and financial records
- Support the management with clear and organized financial information
- Ensure that all accounting documents and records are properly maintained
- Use QBM accounting software for the clinic’s accounting and financial management
- Coordinate with the clinic management regarding accounting related matters
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounting

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills

- Paramy Poly Clinic, a healthcare clinic based in Dubai, is looking for a reliable and experienced Part Time Accountant to support and manage the clinic’s accounting and financial records.
- This position is suitable for an accountant who is currently based in Dubai and is looking for a part time collaboration with a fixed monthly salary.
- The successful candidate should be confident in managing day to day accounting tasks and must be familiar with QBM accounting software.
