Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers using Odoo.
- Support monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Help prepare financial reports and summaries for management.
- Maintain organized filing of financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers on billing and payment queries.
- Assist the senior accountant or finance manager with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Update and manage accounting entries within the Odoo ERP system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with the Odoo ERP system is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
