Costing and Recipe Management
- Prepare daily cost of production reports.
- Calculate recipe and preparation costs as required.
- Update recipes in the GB system according to defined standards.
- Handle physical verification of recipes.
Pricing and Materials Control
- Prepare and update customer-specific price lists.
- Check approved LPO prices and quantities.
- Add item codes for finished goods and raw materials.
- Check customer-specific rebates.
- Check dry-store material issuance to different departments.
- Check material and finished-goods movement between departments.
Customer and Warehouse Verification
- Check fresh internal warehouse issues and returned materials from Circle K, ADNOC, and other customers when required.
- Prepare monthly consumption and profitability reports for ADNOC, Circle K, and other customers when required.
- Verify received vegetables, diesel, and other relevant materials.
- Coordinate with Logistics regarding price restrictions and related matters.
Inventory and Month-End Controls
- Validate cost of goods during month-end procedures and inventory finalization.
- Validate cost of goods sold for buy-in products during month close.
- Supervise and deliver the month-end stock-take schedule to all departments.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Identify expired, obsolete, and damaged inventory during physical counts.
- Investigate, follow up, and resolve stock-take counting variances.
- Post physical stock for raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods into the system.
- Value raw materials, work in progress, and finished-goods inventory.
Reporting and Other Controls
- Prepare product-wise, customer-wise, and department-consumption reports, including sales comparisons with previous periods, as required by management.
- Process free-of-charge items according to standard practice.
- Verify export proforma invoices where required.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience.
