Assistant Accountant / Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

We are seeking an accounting and finance professional to support daily financial operations, accounting transactions, reconciliations, payments, and reporting.

• Handle daily accounting and finance activities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and financial documents.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
• Process payments, expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payment requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams.
• Support tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and improve finance processes.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, payments, and reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT is an advantage.
