About the Role
Termitech Pest Control LLC is seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant.
The role supports day-to-day accounting and administrative functions and keeps invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial records accurate and current.
The position offers an opportunity to develop accounting skills in a fast-paced and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare customer invoices and reconcile supplier invoices.
- Follow up outstanding customer accounts and assist with debt collection.
- Reconcile bank transactions and credit card accounts.
- Assist with supplier payments, payment processing, payroll, and month-end accounting.
- Maintain financial records, documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Respond to customer and supplier account enquiries.
- Support the Senior Accountant with general accounting duties.
Candidate Profile
- The candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- The role requires comfort working with numbers and financial information.
