Role Overview
Work as an Asset Protection Representative at the Real Canadian Superstore in Duncan, British Columbia.
Partner with store management to minimize product loss, strengthen Asset Protection awareness, and support profitability.
Asset Protection Duties
- Deter, detect, and apprehend theft and fraud within retail locations.
- Investigate internal cases, compile evidence, and present evidence for court or arbitration.
- Collaborate on provincial or national organized retail crime cases and work regularly with local police.
Store Partnership and Compliance
- Build store partnerships through management meetings and huddles.
- Coach and mentor colleagues on Asset Protection policies and procedures.
- Identify shrink opportunities within operational core compliance and participate in store-level audits.
Community and Schedule
- Participate in community events.
- Be available for days, evenings, nights, and weekends as part of a 40-hour work week.
