About the Role
Tech2Let seeks a commercially sharp Asset Protection Manager to own asset leasing portfolios, credit risk, and operational governance. You will design underwriting workflows, manage insurance portfolios, and oversee asset lifecycle operations.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute rigorous underwriting and credit risk assessment workflows for corporate rental clients
- Manage corporate lines of credit configurations and coordinate with banking partners
- Own end to end commercial insurance portfolio for all deployed and warehouse assets
- Manage corporate payment cycles and ensure alignment with SLAs
- Monitor deployment lifecycle of leased equipment from provisioning to end of lease collection and asset recovery
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of operational finance, credit control, or asset management experience in Asset Leasing, Car Rental, Equipment Rental, or Fintech/Banking
- Hands on experience evaluating B2B credit risk, structuring corporate leasing plans, and working with bank lines of credit or Trade Finance structures
- Proven familiarity with commercial insurance policies protecting physical hardware or fleet assets
- Strong track record of designing or operating under rigid financial timelines and managing billing performance metrics

Role Overview
- We are looking for a commercially sharp, risk aware operator to take full ownership of our asset leasing portfolios, financial credit risk, and asset operational governance.
- This role exists to move our operations from a pure logistics focus to a structured, high value asset protection ecosystem.
What You’ll Work on
- Credit Risk Assessment: Design and execute rigorous underwriting and credit risk assessment workflows for incoming corporate rental clients.
- Financing & Lines of Credit: Manage corporate lines of credit configurations and coordinate with banking partners.
- Asset Protection & Insurance: Own the end to end commercial insurance portfolio for all deployed and warehouse assets.
- Financial Control & Billing SLAs: Manage corporate payment cycles ensuring strict alignment with SLAs.
- Asset Lifecycle Operations: Monitor deployment lifecycle of leased equipment from provisioning through to end of lease collection.
Requirements
