- Valid UAE residence visa and NOC for part time work

Job Description
- Tasleem Business Services is hiring an experienced part time Asset Manager to join our team in Dubai.
- This position is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate assets to maximize financial performance and value.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the financial performance of each property, including revenue, expenses, and net operating income.

Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, property management, or real estate investment, preferably within the UAE.
- Must have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its regulations.
- Requires strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa and be able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for part time work.
Pay
- AED 12,000.00 AED 15,000.00 per month
