Responsibilities
- Lead or support requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and implementation of EAM and APM platforms
- Conduct As Is/To Be assessments, gap analysis, and process harmonization workshops
- Design and document end to end asset management processes including work management, maintenance, lifecycle planning, and failure management
- Contribute to RCM, RBM, FMECA/FMEA, and AHI frameworks for utility asset classes
- Support APM use cases including condition monitoring integration, asset health scoring, and predictive analytics

Role Summary
- The Asset Management Consultant will support electric utility clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions.
- The role involves translating business and operational requirements into system configurations, process improvements, and data models that enable reliability, compliance, and lifecycle value optimization of utility assets across Generation, Transmission, and Distribution domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and implementation of EAM and APM platforms.
- Act as a functional SME for asset management processes during implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Support system configuration, validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Conduct As Is / To Be assessments, gap analysis, and process harmonization workshops.
- Design and document end to end asset management processes including work management, preventive and condition based maintenance, asset lifecycle and replacement planning, and failure and defect management.
- Develop business process flows, functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and solution design documents.
- Contribute to RCM, RBM, FMECA/FMEA, AHI, and risk based maintenance frameworks.
- Support translation of reliability and risk models into EAM/APM system logic, thresholds, and workflows.
- Support APM use cases including condition monitoring integration, asset health scoring, failure probability and criticality assessment, and predictive and diagnostic analytics enablement.
- Work with data and analytics teams to ensure asset centric data structures support APM outcomes.
- Support asset data quality assessments, data cleansing initiatives, and master data alignment during EAM/APM implementations.
- Assist in defining asset master data structures, hierarchies, naming conventions, and governance practices.
