Role Overview
Support coordination and structure across a critical asset management platform initiative.
Help deliver a platform that supports broader program objectives while maintaining visibility into progress, priorities, and implementation milestones.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate asset management platform initiatives across stakeholders, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Track PMO governance, reporting, and risk management for platform implementation.
- Support cross-functional planning, status updates, and executive progress reporting.
- Monitor project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables for asset management workstreams.
- Ensure alignment between platform rollout activities and broader program objectives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of total professional experience.
- Experience supporting PMO delivery for enterprise asset management platforms.
- Experience coordinating timelines, risks, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional dependencies in large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Excel-based PMO reporting.
- Experience applying PMO governance standards and stage-gate delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five to eight years of PMO or project coordination experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Aconex and SAP EAM.
- Experience working with executive leadership, client-side program teams, engineering teams, and cross-functional delivery stakeholders.
