Role Overview
Seeking a strategic and commercially minded Asset Management Manager to oversee asset performance, identify value-creation opportunities, and support investment and operational decisions.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote and based in the Dubai-focused business environment.
- The opportunity is part-time with flexible working arrangements.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with business and investment objectives.
- Monitor asset performance, profitability, cash flow, budgets, and key financial indicators.
- Analyze market trends, asset performance, risks, and opportunities to maximize value.
- Prepare financial models, performance reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, investors, operators, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization, operational efficiency, and financial returns.
- Monitor portfolio risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Review contracts, budgets, valuations, business plans, and asset-related documentation.
- Track KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Support acquisitions, disposals, capital projects, refinancing, and other asset-related initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in asset management, investment management, real estate, finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis, commercial awareness, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Excellent understanding of asset performance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience and Tools
- Experience with portfolio management, financial modeling, valuation, or investment analysis is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, or asset management platforms is highly valued.
- UAE or GCC market experience is a strong advantage.
