Responsibilities
- Support website layout, content creation, and site development in marketing rotation
- Assist with ad hoc client service requests and special projects
- Present and deliver talking points of sales conversations in internal sales rotation
- Complete due diligence and proposal in fast paced environment in RFP rotation
- Assist in quarterly financial reporting responsibilities and peer benchmarking in finance rotation
- Work with Trading and Investment Operations to support daily investment process
- Support Business Integration team with projects and Third Party Risk Management
- Assist Legal team with contract review, governance, and product development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree demonstrating strong academic background
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in an operational or finance role in a professional setting
- Demonstrable interest and passion for finance or investment management industry
- Flexibility to work across time zones to support global business

About the Position
- Job Title: Asset Management Associate
- Employment Type: Exempt FT
- Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (On site, 5 days per week in office)
- The Asset Management Associate (AMA) role is a two year early career development program and a pathway for accelerated career growth in the asset and investment management industry.
- This rotational program combines training, mentoring, coursework, a variety of roles and responsibilities, and interaction with GQG leaders.
Rotations May Include
- Marketing: Support website layout, content creation, and site development; create and deliver internal and external communications; develop social media, website, digital, and competitive strategies.
- Client Service: Assist with ad hoc requests; support special projects; assist with client meetings; support client and broker onboarding.
- Internal Sales: Present, message, and deliver talking points of sales conversation; demonstrate confidence in the sales process and strategies.
- Request for Proposals (RFP): Complete due diligence and proposal; develop critical content; represent and present key areas including Trading, Compliance, ESG, and Diversity.
- Finance: Assist in quarterly financial reporting; contribute to peer benchmarking; assist in development of analytics; support ad hoc analytics and finance/FP&A projects.
- Investment Infrastructure and Operations: Work with Trading and Investment Operations; collaborate with middle office outsourcing partner; contribute to Performance and Analytics team.
- Business Integration and Technology: Support Business Integration team; participate in Third Party Risk Management; work with technology team on projects and initiatives.
- Legal & Compliance: Assist Legal team with contract review, governance, product development; assist compliance team with Code of Ethics program; support projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree demonstrating strong academic background.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in an operational or finance role in a professional setting.
- Demonstrable interest and passion for finance or investment management industry.
