Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset integrity management strategies and programs.
- Ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of critical assets and infrastructure.
- Lead risk based inspection (RBI), corrosion management, and integrity assessment activities.
- Monitor asset condition and develop preventive maintenance and inspection plans.
- Analyze asset performance data and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and HSE teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Support asset lifecycle management and long term reliability initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in asset integrity, reliability engineering, inspection, or maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of RBI, corrosion control, fitness for service assessments, and integrity management systems.
- Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and NACE standards.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
