- Develop and implement asset integrity management strategies and programs
- Ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of critical assets and infrastructure
- Lead risk based inspection (RBI), corrosion management, and integrity assessment activities
- Monitor asset condition and develop preventive maintenance and inspection plans
- Analyze asset performance data and recommend corrective actions and improvements
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and HSE teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Support asset lifecycle management and long term reliability initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in asset integrity, reliability engineering, inspection, or maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of RBI, corrosion control, fitness for service assessments, and integrity management systems
- Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and NACE
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or industrial sectors highly preferred

Overview
- We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Asset Integrity Manager to join our international team in the United Arab Emirates.
