About the Role
Boss Behind The Boss is seeking a part-time Asset Integrity Manager for a hybrid role in Dubai. The manager will develop and maintain asset integrity standards, assess risks, plan inspections, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements across physical and digital assets.

- Develop and maintain asset integrity standards, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Assess asset risks, plan inspections, and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Analyze asset data, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operations, facilities, IT, and leadership teams to optimize asset life cycles.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide clear communication on asset status and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in asset integrity management, reliability engineering, or facilities/operations management.
- Strong skills in risk assessment, inspection planning, and maintenance coordination.
- Proficiency in using asset management or CMMS tools, data analysis, and documentation.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements related to asset management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines within a part time schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, operations, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in asset management or reliability (e.g., IAM, CMRP) are an advantage.
- Experience working in Dubai or the broader GCC region is preferred.

Role Description
- The Asset Integrity Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a blend of on site presence and work from home flexibility.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining asset integrity standards, procedures, and performance metrics across physical and digital assets.
- Day to day tasks include assessing asset risks, planning inspections, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
