Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset integrity management programs, policies, and procedures
- Monitor the condition, performance, and reliability of critical assets and infrastructure
- Lead inspection, maintenance, and risk assessment activities to ensure asset integrity
- Identify potential asset failures and develop mitigation and preventive maintenance strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Analyze asset performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize asset lifecycle management
- Manage integrity related projects, audits, investigations, and technical reviews
- Prepare reports, risk assessments, and integrity management documentation for stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of asset integrity management principles, risk assessment, and reliability engineering
- Experience with inspection programs, maintenance strategies, and asset lifecycle management
- Understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Previous experience in asset integrity, engineering, maintenance, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is preferred

Overview
- We’re looking for an experienced and detail oriented Asset Integrity Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset integrity strategies to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of critical assets throughout their lifecycle.
- You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and compliance teams to minimize risks, optimize asset performance, and support operational excellence.
