Your Day-to-Day Impact

Planning and delivering asset integrity programs, inspection regimes and condition assessments for civil and marine infrastructure.

Developing and managing inspection regimes and condition assessment programs.

Analysing asset condition, defects and risk data to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborating with engineers, maintenance teams and specialist consultants to identify and implement asset treatments.

Driving continuous improvement through innovative inspection technologies, processes and systems.

The Expertise You Bring

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the design, asset management, or maintenance of civil, marine, or related infrastructure assets.

Proven experience in asset integrity engineering, including inspections, condition assessments, defect management, and reporting within asset management systems.

Demonstrated capability in managing contractors and consultants in the delivery of maintenance, construction, or engineering projects.

Strong knowledge of asset information management, engineering records, condition data, and risk management principles in operational or complex brownfield environments.

Well-developed analytical, technical report writing, and computer skills, with experience preparing scopes of work, tender documentation, and engineering service packages.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, execution supervision, and safety leadership skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and external partners.
