About the Role
As the technical authority for asset health and risk, you will lead the development of methodologies, standards and governance frameworks that support robust asset management and investment planning. You'll connect asset condition data, deterioration modelling, criticality assessments and risk insights to help drive smarter decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of asset health, deterioration, criticality and risk methodologies.
- Establish standards for assessing, monitoring and reporting asset health across asset classes.
- Embed asset health and risk frameworks into investment planning and decision-making processes.
- Translate asset condition and risk evidence into practical intervention and investment strategies.
- Improve the integration of asset health data within asset management and decision-support systems.
- Provide technical leadership on emerging regulatory requirements relating to asset health and investment planning.
