We are a technology and operations-focused organization committed to maintaining accurate, secure, and well-managed business assets.

We support efficient IT operations through structured inventory management, reliable documentation, lifecycle tracking, and responsive coordination across teams.

Our culture values organization, accountability, accuracy, security, and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can keep IT asset information accurate and ensure equipment is properly tracked throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, accessories, networking equipment, peripherals, and other IT assets.
  • Track asset assignments, locations, users, serial numbers, asset tags, purchase dates, warranties, condition, and lifecycle status.
  • Coordinate IT equipment allocation for new employees, transfers, replacements, upgrades, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update asset inventories within IT asset-management, ERP, CMDB, spreadsheet, or inventory systems.
  • Support equipment receiving, inspection, tagging, registration, storage, deployment, return, and disposal processes.
  • Coordinate with IT support teams to ensure equipment is properly configured, assigned, and recorded.
  • Follow up with employees regarding unreturned, missing, damaged, or overdue IT equipment.
  • Coordinate equipment shipments, deliveries, collections, and returns with logistics providers and approved vendors.
  • Maintain documentation for asset transfers, handovers, returns, repairs, replacements, and disposals.
  • Assist with periodic physical and virtual asset audits to identify discrepancies between records and actual inventory.
  • Investigate missing, duplicate, incorrectly assigned, or outdated asset records and escalate discrepancies appropriately.
  • Monitor stock levels of laptops, peripherals, cables, monitors, mobile devices, and other commonly issued equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT asset management, inventory coordination, administration, logistics, procurement support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, asset tracking, inventory control, and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, accurate, dependable, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with IT asset-management systems, CMDBs, ERP platforms, ticketing systems, or inventory databases.
  • Strong data-entry and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to reconcile inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate asset information.
  • Strong coordination skills when working with employees, IT teams, vendors, procurement, finance, and logistics providers.
  • Good understanding of equipment security, data protection, device handling, and secure disposal practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple assets, requests, deadlines, and administrative priorities.

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time working hours with a fully remote asset-management and coordination arrangement.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.
  • Opportunity to support structured IT asset and inventory operations across a modern organization.
  • Exposure to asset lifecycle management, procurement coordination, IT operations, logistics, audits, and technology administration.
  • Professional development opportunities and continuous training in IT asset management, inventory systems, and operational best practices.
  • A structured, collaborative environment where accuracy, accountability, organization, security, and operational efficiency are highly valued.
