Ability to make decisions in accordance with the policies and procedures of SHA Mental Health and Addictions Services and support other employees in also following these guidelines.
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate efforts with other multidisciplinary team members as well as communicate effectively and adapt to changing conditions.
