Job Location
- On site, Chester CT
- Position Type: Full time based on 40h/week
- FLSA Classification : Non- exempt, eligible for OT
- Report to : Production Manager/ Supervisor
- Shift schedule : 1st: 7 AM- 3:30PM / 2nd: 3.30PM- 12AM
- Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $17/ hour for 1st shift and $18/hour for 2nd shift.

- About the role:
- The assembly worker is responsible for assembling metal and plastic components, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal products according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions
- Set up and operate production equipment, including rivet machines
- Use hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and consistency; troubleshoot and report issues
- Maintain production records, including logs for output, maintenance, and quality concerns
