  • Assemble components and products in accordance with established work instructions and quality standards.
  • Configure and build customer-specific gas analyzers and associated systems.
  • Install sub-assemblies, electrical components, tubing, and piping within analyzer systems.
  • Follow ESD and health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Perform functional, performance, environmental, and long-term testing activities.
  • Verify analyzer performance and document test results accurately and consistently.
  • Identify and communicate observations, issues, and improvement opportunities to the production team.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing and testing documentation.
  • Prepare finished equipment for shipment to customers.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Emerson's trade compliance procedures and escalate any concerns when appropriate.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and support business priorities as needed.
  • Experience assembling mechanical and/or electrical products in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, schematics, or work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to supporting a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with analytical instrumentation, gas analysis equipment, or related technologies.
  • Experience performing product testing, calibration, or performance verification activities.
  • HNC, HND, apprenticeship, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience in a scientific, engineering, manufacturing, or technical discipline.
  • Familiarity with electro-mechanical assembly processes.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality systems.
  • Understanding of trade compliance requirements within a manufacturing setting
