- Update and maintain line KPIs board daily
- Ensure good housekeeping (5S) and workplace organization
Requirements
- Diploma or technical school degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or similar production environment
- Previous experience as a senior operator, team leader, or line coordinator preferred

Job Overview
- Team Leader responsible for leading and supporting a group of ~12 Production Associates on an automotive production line.
- Ensures safe, efficient, and high quality operations at workstation or zone level.
- Acts as first escalation point on the line.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of ~12 assembly operators during daily production activities.
- Provide hands on training, OJT, and skill development.
- Support operators in resolving quality, safety, or process related issues.
- Cover operator tasks during breaks, absence, or emergencies.
- Deliver clear and continuous feedback to team members.
- Prepare work instructions for assigned production line.
- Ensure completion of production targets in line with daily takt time.
- Verify adherence to safety procedures, torque requirements, quality checkpoints.
- Identify and escalate abnormalities using escalation system.
- Update and maintain line KPIs board daily.
- Ensure good housekeeping (5S) and workplace organization.
- Participate in problem solving activities (e.g., root cause analysis, Kaizen).
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or technical school degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or similar production environment.
- Previous experience as a senior operator, team leader, or line coordinator preferred.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, standard work, and quality requirements in assembly operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts according to production needs.
