Maintain awareness of and comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements to support a safe and productive work environment.
Assemble components into finished products ready for shipment.
Setup and adjust production machinery in accordance with operational requirements and quality standards.
Sort, inspect, and rework nonconforming materials to ensure compliance with production and quality specifications.
Run and monitor automated assembly and inspection equipment, including welders, presses, and vision sorting systems, while maintaining established quality and productivity standards.
Move material, load machines, and unload machines.
Inspect material during normal operation.
Follow written work instructions.
Enter production hours and output data into company systems and complete all required production documentation.
Rotate throughout the department, operating a variety of equipment and working on different products and processes as assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform all essential job functions safely, effectively, and in accordance with established quality and productivity standards.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, procedures, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing through simple correspondence and documentation.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
