Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for an Assembly Electronics Technician located in Abu Dhabi.
The Assembly Electronics Technician will assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and systems in line with technical specifications and quality standards.
This includes interpreting technical drawings, soldering parts, performing system diagnostics, and identifying potential faults.
The role also involves maintaining tools and equipment, following safety protocols, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience with soldering, assembling, and testing electronic components and devices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Working knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in electronic systems
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with tools, equipment, and technologies used in electronic assembly
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Ability to adhere to safety standards and protocols in an industrial setting
- High school diploma or GED is required; technical certification or relevant vocational training in electronics is preferred
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or a related field is an advantage
