Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain precise control over the screed to achieve the desired finish and quality.
Physical Stamina: Capability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Requires the following motions: climbing, bending, squatting, lifting, stretching, pushing, pulling, twisting, kneeling, standing, walking, sitting and reaching. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Safety Awareness: Commitment to following safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safety on the job site.
Testing : Must pass a drug and physical test and criminal background.
