- Lead a team of AIs and act as mentor for surveyors
- Participate in site project meetings and discuss fabrication/construction matters
- Ensure inspection reports are submitted within agreed timeframe

Role Overview
- Must be able to perform Independent inspections to ASME code requirements and monitor the colleagues work
- Verify and provide solutions to ASME/NB clients
- Reporting to project coordinators and/or project managers
Key Responsibilities
- Train others and authorize competencies based on their experience and knowledge
- Mentor colleagues and other Engineers who require additional trainings
- Prepare, review, approve and edit job related procedures, internal dept. procedures and Checklists
- Lead a team of AIs and act as mentor for surveyors
- Participate in site project meetings, discuss fabrication and construction matters related to ASME
- Review procedures, reports, method statements, and other documents
- Ensure inspection reports are submitted within the time frame given
- Maintain good working relationship with the client and colleagues
- Deliver/present in Shared Knowledge sessions, Departmental meetings, send Technical bulletins
- Handle complex technical and commercial issues
- Lead learning activities (trainer, tutor, course instructor)

Work Environment
- Routinely move about a site facility, remote location while performing visual inspections
- Consistently works in outside weather conditions that may be frigid or hot temperatures
