Required Experience & Competencies
Industry Background: Essential experience in an auditing role within the licensed asbestos industry, with knowledge of working alongside regulators (HSE). Ideally as an asbestos supervisor, analyst, or project manager or similar roles
Key Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and strong IT literacy. Strong understanding of asbestos removal procedures and compliance requirements
Corporate Mobility: A full UK driving licence is required for this field-based role.
Note: You will be required to pass a satisfactory DBS check for this role.
Formal Education & Qualifications
- P405 Asbestos Certificate (or equivalent) – Essential
- Fully conversant in relevant health & safety legislation relating to asbestos removal industry. – Essential
- UKATA Approved Trainer – Preferred
- WAMITAB Level 4 (Oversight of an Asbestos Waste Transfer Station) – Preferred and/or willing to complete
- NEBOSH Certificate – Preferred
- NVQ Assessor Qualification – Preferred
- Fit2Fit Accreditation – Preferred
- Train the Trainer Qualification – Preferred
