Artwork Customization Assistant

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Extremely strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and established processes consistently.
• Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused production work.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Reliable and able to commit to an agreed-upon schedule.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new tools, processes, and workflows.
• Experience with personalized artwork or production artwork a plus.
• Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Outlook, Asana is a plus.

• Employment Type : This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role.
• Pay : $25.00 /hour
• Schedule : Starts at approximately 8–16 hours per week, with hours increasing as holiday orders ramp up.
• Typical Schedule : Monday - Friday between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Training : Begins late September
• Peak holiday availability : Additional availability, including some weekends, is required during the peak holiday period (November 15 - December 25).
• Location : Remote. Candidates must be located in New York, Florida, or Texas. NYC-area candidates are preferred but not required.
• Equipment : Must have your own computer (Mac preferred) with sufficient memory to work with large files, reliable high-speed internet, and video capabilities for virtual meetings and training.
• Assessment : A recorded skills assessment test is required.
