Role Overview
Develop and deliver AI-powered solutions for airline business processes.
Focus on the quality, reliability, and performance of generative AI systems.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires working from the office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, generative AI, and AI agent frameworks.
- Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions.
- Design and execute testing strategies for models, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Perform model validation, prompt, performance, regression, security, bias, and fairness testing.
- Establish automated testing frameworks, evaluation metrics, and monitoring processes.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, testing, and governance.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams on airline-focused AI solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and AI models.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Expertise in developing AI agents, agentic bots, and autonomous workflows.
- Experience with AI testing, including evaluation, validation, functional, integration, regression, performance, security, prompt, bias, and fairness testing.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Airline, aviation, or travel industry experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, data science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, and responsible AI frameworks is preferred.
