Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize AI models for targeting, personalization, and content delivery across MV Elevator and MV Player platforms
- Develop and train machine learning models, applying pattern recognition and neural networks to improve audience segmentation
- Work with NLP techniques to analyze and classify text based content
- Collaborate with software developers and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
- Monitor performance and iterate on models for better accuracy and efficiency
- Document technical work, evaluate new AI tools and frameworks
- Contribute to data driven decision making across the organization
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices
- Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for classification, recommendation, or predictive modeling
- Hands on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) for content analysis, text classification, or language understanding
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit learn
- Background in designing and deploying AI models into production environments
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Experience with data pipelines, model evaluation, and A/B testing is a plus

Role Description
- The Artificial Intelligence Engineer is a part time, on site role based in Dubai. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI models that power Meraki Ventures’ targeting, personalization, and content delivery across MV Elevator and MV Player platforms.
Day to day Responsibilities
- Developing and training machine learning models, applying pattern recognition and neural networks to improve audience segmentation.
- Working with NLP techniques to analyze and classify text based content.
- Collaborating with software developers and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
