Role Description
- Design, build, and optimize AI models and agentic systems.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models, implement neural networks, and integrate pattern recognition and NLP capabilities into production grade software.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements, prototype AI features, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure models are secure, explainable, and aligned with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Maintain and improve existing AI pipelines, document technical designs, and contribute to best practices across the AI engineering lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and production quality coding practices.
- Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with hands on work in training, tuning, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.
- Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as building, fine tuning, and deploying language models, chatbots, and conversational AI systems.
- Proficiency in AI and ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn, transformers libraries) and modern software engineering workflows (Git, CI/CD, containers).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience deploying AI solutions to production environments, optimizing performance, and working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and model governance, with a commitment to transparent and trustworthy AI systems.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, and clear technical communication skills.
