Key Responsibilities (Day-To-Day)
- Rapidly prototype AI applications, copilots, and agentic workflows
- Build reusable AI skill libraries and orchestration components
- Work directly with SMEs/business stakeholders to capture operational knowledge
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI-enabled workflows
- Develop reusable prompts, workflows, and AI capabilities
- Build lightweight AI frameworks and modular architectures
- Integrate AI workflows with enterprise systems and APIs
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI agent frameworks and tooling
- Operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal oversight
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows
- Experience with rapid AI prototyping and MVP development
- Hands-on expertise with:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- MCP architectures
- OpenAI APIs
- Anthropic Claude
- Prompt engineering and workflow orchestration experience
- Strong API and enterprise integration experience
- Reusable AI architecture/component design experience
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
